Annually we send our buyers and sales representatives out to meet the manufacturers, see their new ranges and source suitable tiles from Italy and Spain. We maintain a close relationship with the factories so we can bring you the latest trends as soon as they become available.
- Regular merchandising
Our merchandising department constantly work to update all our customers with new, innovative displays.
- Point of Sale material
Our marketing department are happy to discuss point of sale material for shops and have high quality point of sale cards and brochures on hand to enhance showroom displays.
- Frequent, reliable deliveries
We personally deliver to the majority of our customers a couple of times a week. Set delivery days mean that you know when to expect your orders and can liase with our sales team directly about and special requests.
- Sample service
We will send out sample tiles and accept them back for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Your customers can take sample tiles home when making a decision between ranges.
- Website support
Our new comprehensive website offers product information and stunning roomset images on hand to aid as a selling tool instore.
